Our Return Policy

All items can be returned within 5 days upon receipt of your goods if they have not been worn, altered or washed. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and must be returned in their original packaging. 

We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. 

To process your Return Request, please contact us by email to sales@gotravel-outdoor.com and include the order number, email address and reason for return in all your correspondence. 

Once the return is allowable under our policy, you must then send the goods to us via traceable shipping methods (eg. POS Laju)

You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship the returned goods to us if the reason for the return is change of mind.

Should the reason for the return is due to our negligence, for instance, wrong products sent to you, or damaged products sent to you, we will bear for the full shipping costs of the return.

Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees. 

Our Exchange Policy

Once we receive your return package, you can then exchange for any other product or products with equal or higher value. You will have to pay for the amount difference should you choose to exchange for a product or products with higher value. You will also have to pay for the shipping fee to send the goods to you should the reason of your exchange is change of mind.

Our Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise specified, all products on our online store comes with one year limited warranty. 

Warranty are against manufacturing defects only, it does not include wears and tears, and or damages caused by misuse.

You can claim warranty by visiting any of our retail outlets in Malaysia or you may courier back to us the defected product with your proof of purchase. The arrangement and the cost of shipment for the return of the defect products to us is your sole responsibility. We will then repair or replace the defected products, and will ship the repaired products or replacement to you at our own costs.
